TRESS – L’AMARO DELL’ADDA is a bitter liqueur made with dandelion and elderflower blossoms, which are typically found along the Adda River. We are based in Trezzo sull’Adda (MI), a small town whose dialectal version (Tress) has given its name to our bitter.

The perfect balance between the bitterness of dandelion and the sweetness of elderflower allows our bitter to be enjoyed not only as an after-meal digestif but also in mixology (for example, to create an alternative spritz; added to a Moscow Mule, etc. – the only limit is your imagination!).

We are a young company (the bitter was launched on the market in December 2023) with a great desire to achieve and firmly believe in the quality of our product.

Our bitter has received the gold medal at the America Awards 2024, a special mention at the Italy Food Awards by Crai, and the bronze medal for best design at the World Liqueur Awards 2024.

Given that bitter goes hand in hand with chocolate, since December 2024, we have also introduced bonbons: a crunchy dark chocolate shell with a velvety and delicate white chocolate cream, pastry cream, and Tress filling.
