Mazzetti D’Altavilla is one of the oldest Italian companies in the distillation sector. For 179 years and with family continuity (today it is managed by the 6th and 7th generations), the company produces spirits such as grappas and Italian brandies in Piedmont, at its headquarters overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage hills of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. Its extensive collection includes liqueurs, bitters, gins, and spirits dedicated to mixology, an area to which the company has long dedicated significant interest in collaboration with industry professionals. Mazzetti d’Altavilla’s products, which also include fruit in liqueur and other delicacies, as well as numerous gift solutions, are distributed throughout Italy and abroad. Important new launches occurred on the market in 2024: from Gin Mazzetti Black Edition (which won the Silver Medal at the 2024 Innovation Award by Barawards by Bargiornale) to “Animo,” Mazzetti’s first whisky. In 2025, the company ranks 50th among the top 130 Italian “Innovation Leaders” in the ranking published by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with the Statista company.
