Ginificio Microdistillery officially came into being in January 2023, after about two years of studying this project. As the first microdistillery in Trentino, we specialize in distilling only gin and also produce bitters and liqueurs. We have about 150 different botanicals always available and we like to create products with extremely particular and unique profiles. Our still, Luigi, is ready to accommodate your recipe to distill it into a unique and distinctive private label, we will take care of everything from the label to the packaging if you wish.
